Wasting money

Recently registered online. Just received acknowledgement by post, not by email !! . A4 envelope, two A4 sheets of paper, two 2nd class stamps. What a waste of money. I AM NOW ON LINE. Your opening paragraph....' we understand that life is busy and time is preccious' , so why make staff pack envelopes and make me open them to read what could have been a simple email. Disappointed! Nice, somewhat unique, approach

I loved the well-thought-through application process. It was uniquely different to allow you to complete in sections & pause/suspend/resume between sections. The address searcher was interestingly different & very effective, too! [The only reason for possibly losing 1 star was the validation process for my particular bank-account taking 2-days, but it was done same-day, so back to 5-stars.] Would it be a savings "pun too far" to call the experience "interesting"!?
