When you deposit money, too many questions are asked. I know a lot of dishonesty goes on but this makes you feel uncomfortable, especially when staff know you! And there is a queue of customers (you do not want everyone knowing your business) Reviewed on: 29th December 2018

Don't like that we have to give so much in depth previous employment history and where money has cme from to put into our savings. Seems 'over the top'. Could you water this down a little and make it less specific and invasive? Reviewed on: 22nd December 2018
