Megan excellent, the Branch service is disappointing.

I found Megan very helpful, though was not informed about the need for a Passbook in setting up a Trust savings account. I was also disappointed that despite stating that a payment needed to be made to HMRC by the 31/01/25, confirmation that the account was open was sent to me by 2nd class post on the 7th January, arriving on the 12th. Megan then informed me that the passbook was to be sent by 1st Class post together with a return envelope. It arrived today, 24th January having been sent 2nd class by a Branch office, without a prepaid envelope. Georgia is now sending me the prepaid envelopes. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025
