I have been an extremely satisfied Emma customer for 4+ years. Their support team.is amazing, and they are continuously releasing new updates relevant to their users. Another key differentiator with Emma is how closely they work with their user base and community. They frequently take customer feedback for feature enhancements and incorporate these into their roadmaps.
