An absolutely first class bank!

You get through to a UK call centre and they deal with the issue quickly and effectively. Brilliant and no high street queues! I wish I'd changed to them years ago. Reviewed on: 14th January 2017

Excellent Service Every Time

I have used First Direct for many years, their online banking with my current account is excellent, I like the way they have very good security, but most of all I like that when you ring them up they always have loads of time for you. You really feel that your query is important, they will always go that extra step to ensure you are happy and sorted. First Direct make banking so easy.

I have been a customer of First Direct for around 25 years. Almost everything you need can be done on line and if not a HSBC branch will suffice. I have never thought about leaving, tempting as some offers are from other banks. Reviewed on: 2nd January 2017

Brilliant and efficient bank

My husband and I have been with First Direct for around 20 years. They have never let us down or messed anything up. They have been quietly efficient. Great Service

Always great and friendly customer service, on hand 24/7; even for non-banking enquiries, like when my car broke down (I have breakdown cover included on my account), got through within seconds and they couldn't have been more helpful. Banking made easy
