Fantastic Customer Service

I switched to first direct last year in a seamless transition aided by the knowledgeable and helpful staff on the other end of the Phone! The £100 bonus was also gladly received! Reviewed on: 5th February 2017

Hassle-free Banking 24/7

I bank online and First Direct provides an excellent service. If you do need to contact them by phone, it's always a prompt and professional service. Highly recommended. Reviewed on: 4th February 2017

Online banking

I find the website tricky to use. I needed an IBAN number recently and it was hard to find. Also trying to look at transactions older than a month ago is difficult. Reviewed on: 4th February 2017

Fantastic bank

I moved to First Direct via their website. I didn't need to visit a branch. They changed my account over using the 7-day-switchover and everything went smoothly. I love how I telephone and I get through to an actual person. No pressing numbers for different departments and no foreign call centres or getting disconnected. Worthy winner
