Excellent customer service and security

Real people there 24/7

I moved to First Direct after being very unhappy with my current bank and have never regretted my decision- First Direct are a breath of fresh air in an age where everything is automated- I love the fact I can phone at 10pm and I don't have to press numbers to indicate what department I want, a person answers the phone very quickly and actually asks me what I want!! Simply the best

Well worth the switch

Excellent bank

I change my bank account two years ago to first direct and there customers services is excellent. Unlike other banks that fob you off this bank wants to help and always resolves any issues you have. Reviewed on: 15th March 2017

Simple online banking
