Always great service.....

I'be been banking with first direct for 7 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Their products are always good and easily accessible. Their customer service is excellent. What's else do you need? Reviewed on: 2nd January 2018

Easy, happy banking

You get through to the customer service helpline within a few rings- no pressing buttons or hold music! The overdraft is extremely cheap, online banking and mobile banking app are easy to use, and there are lots of add ons like savings accounts that you can apply for. I love my bank. Long term good service

I first joined First Direct when it was simply a phone contact system. As a customer of many years I am impressed how easy it is to contact and speak to a human being whenever necessary. A situation sadly missing in most companies in all areas of live these days. Reviewed on: 1st January 2018

Hi tech banking

I have been with 1st direct for several years and the service is excellent. I can speak to a person in a UK call centre - YES A UK CALL CENTRE!!! and get immediate help to solve any problems. I use the iPhone app which is brilliant and it takes seconds to check all my accounts daily on my commute. I feel totally in control of my banking and have confidence in 1st direct. As long as they continue in the same vein and don't move their call centres abroad then I'll be a customer for life. Reviewed on: 31st December 2017

i wouldnt bother.....

after banking with them for over 30 years having a LOT of savings with them, my mortgage and my partners banking plus recommending countless friends, they have refused to give my 18 year old daughter an account. cant supply a reason why. goodbye first direct - feels like the ultimate betrayal.
