Friendly, efficient

Excellent customer service.

Nothing to much trouble very polite, knowledgeable staff. Recently joined online banking, which I had concerns about. But I was very impressed with the many levels of security on set up that you need to go through. And for access you have a simple password for your mobile which cant be saved on your device. If you forget your password, you just get taken through the easy steps only you know the answer to. Also when calling they now have voice recognition activated which is very impressive, they just ask you a couple of questions and computer does the rest. No more passwords to remember. All very good so far!

Switched to First Direct after appalling customer 'service' from M&S Bank and have found them very good so far in all respects and far better organised and run than M&S Bank, Hope to continue as a satisfied / happy customer!! Reviewed on: 10th December 2017

World Class Customer Service

I have been with First Direct for over 20 years. The Calibre of the staff is world class. They are extremely knowledgeable, exceptionally courteous and professional, very articulate and easy to talk to.
