Have held current account for 12 years. They are the best bank by far. Easy to use online... When using phone staff are polite, efficient and have a real conversation with you. Would never change banks. They are fabulous Reviewed on: 7th June 2017

Great service

The account itself was attractive at the time of opening with by far the best overdraft available on an account offering a switching bonus. My only concern was the lack of branches but I have been consistently impressed with the phone service available from the bank and would not consider moving to a different account. Good Company but Poor Interest Rates

Not Great for an Online Bank

I recently switched my current account to First Direct and haven't been overly impressed. For an online only bank, I had problems settings up online banking which wasn't a great start. I had to call a couple of times and to be fair they sorted the issues out quickly but it wasn't the best first impression. The app is also a bit clunky and doesn't update as quickly as I would like; I was previously with TSB and their app was far better. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017
