It is a pleasure to use First Direct

Having worked in another bank & still having an account with them for various reasons, I find my First Direct account a breath of fresh air whether it is the online banking or contacting the really helpful staff at the other end of the phone, quick easy & efficient I have no qualms at recommending them to friends & family Reviewed on: 28th March 2016

Great customer service

They have been amazing!

First Class Service and Hassle Free

I have been with the bank since 1994 and have found them to have an excellent standard of accounts, customer service and online, postal and in bank facilities(using HSBC branches). I even work for HSBC and even though I also have a current account with them (as it was required) I use First Direct for day to day banking and find that their customer service far exceeds that of HSBC even though they are part of the same group.
