Simple but effective

First Every Time

I switched my bank account to First Direct last year and from my first introduction it has been fantastic. The switch was seamless and the App is really easy to navigate and setting up the account was quick and easy. Since then it's been full steam ahead and the phone and online support has been first class. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

First Direct - The Best of The Best - Absolutely Faultless!!

I have had a First Direct account since they started, about 30 years ago, and I have never looked back. Before then I had spent 40 years flipping from one bank to another without receiving any degree of good service at all. With First Direct, I found my soulmate - and I've never looked back or looked round since. They simply cannot be bettered, and I would not leave them for all the tea in China. 24-hour a day service, 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year. And a real person to speak to whenever I like.
