Always eager to help.

Always eager to help. I’ve asked advice on a couple of occasions when I’ve inadvertently signed up to something from a link. They reimburse you while challenging the company and get the money back from the company. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026

Good experience all round

It was easy to move to First Direct using the current account switching service and all went smoothly. The First Direct App is easy to use, giving quick access to my account balance and transactions plus the App allows notifications of ingoing and outgoing money. All in all a user friendly App. The debit card shows my account number and sort code in addition to the usual information. Reviewed on: 24th March 2026
