My Best Bank

I have several bank accounts over the last 35 years. The Only Bank that I never have a problem or have to wait to answer queries / sort a problem is "First Direct", The Staff are always well spoken and courteous. First Class !! Reviewed on: 21st March 2021

Excellent Customer Service

Why can't all banks be as efficient as this?

I joined in the days before internet banking and was initially worried about the lack of branches, but very quickly my only regret was not moving to them years previously. Does what it says on the tin!

I'v been with First Direct for over 25 years and they get it right most of the time. Bearing in mind that they are owned by HSBC, it is impossible to understand why their parent is so incompetent when it comes to online banking! Reviewed on: 10th March 2021
