First direct provides simple but reliable service

I have been with first direct for the past two years with not even a single issue at all. They are so welcoming and easy to work with. I can always find the right products that fits my needs with them. Reviewed on: 13th December 2018

You never know if it's a good or bad bank until something goes wrong

My bank messed up - they had inputted some details wrong about a direct debit that should have been entering my saving account, meaning I had not been saving as much as I thought. On discovering this they were fantastic at putting it right with minimal fuss and ensuring I did not lose out in any way. Super Bank - friendly staff on the phone. Reviewed on: 8th November 2018

Simple and easy

Better than the rest

A human with a pulse always available 24/7 if any problem arises I,e. 63 year old often forgets passwords, log ins, highly trained staff with "we can help " attitudes and in my experience always do makes online banking a pleasure if any problems arise. Reviewed on: 8th November 2017

Great scheme
