I am on my second car financed through first response and my son is on his first and they have been excellent from start to finish with both us ,infact my son went with them because of my referral. Even helped me out when I had a issue with the first car I bought and the garage . Brilliant customer service which actually listen to you and speak to you as a person not just a credit report.
