First Response aren't just about money

I've had an IVA and didn't think I would be able to get credit. First Response were great and listened to me and took everything into consideration. While my car was still under warranty I had problems with it, the dealer was trying to avoid sorting my car out. I received a fair deal with first car finance.

I received a good deal with first car finance and their customer service was great. They assisted me with everything that I needed apart from me not having the card for my Audi a3 sat nav. Apart from that everything went well. The deposit was a bit steep but I needed a new car and they quoted me and I got one in the end. Reviewed on: 27th April 2024

The overall experience I'd say was pretty good the guy on the phone understood my situation.When I was in and my past and did not judge in any way and found me the best finance.I could possibly have so for that.Thank you The only bad bit would be.I wish they helped a little bit more with the dealer as I had nothing but problems with them and first response didn't seem to really care even though I did not even receive the car as it was forty wen sold to me and did not help so there's definitely improvements to be made as it should be the customer first not the dealer Reviewed on: 27th April 2024
