Bad Credit Redemption

After initially taking financing through first respo...

After initially taking financing through first response for a vehicle purchase I was happy the payments and terms were reasonable and affordable. The issues don’t surround their lending policies as they were very fair and helpful. However I experienced a significant mechanical failure 6 months after purchase so raised a complaint with them given legally speaking the car was theirs and under warranty plus all payments have been made. A year later I’m still in the process of dealing with the complaint it’s now with the ombudsman I’m now £3k out of pocket for repairs and they really have been incredibly disappointing and dismissive when it comes to customer service and dealing with my complaint.
