I believe first response finance should win the consumer credit awards this year not just because of their outstanding prices tailored to every individual but the way they go above and beyond to support their customers I have been with first response finance for nearly five years and have no plans to change finance providers in the future. I have bow got my 2nd car with first response and i can honestly say the service is second to none, its fast, friendly and faultless. I cannot rate them enought. I think these guys are brilliant, I would have been lost without them.....I have a bad credit due to past issues with a car finance when my car was wrote off... I applied and got two nos due to them just looking at my credit where first response called first to talk about my credit first before making their decision...... they asked about why and how I think I could keep up with payments made sure that things would b OK for me and then made their decision to help me and then said they also help trying to build peoples credit that have had bad credit...... so now I have a new car which I wouldn't have had and been stuck without and I have a way of building my credit again as they gave me a chance where others have just not offered....... thanks first response Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022

Efficient and helpful

I was given guidance all the way through the long and sometimes arduous journey when trying to choose the right car. I was given the best advice possible on each car I chose and made to feel that my concerns or worries were validated. The lady who helped me on the phone was very nice and helpful and she stayed on the phone with me until she sorted out all aspects with the car dealer. She made sure that I was getting a test put on before purchase and was thorough. Great service Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
