I recently used First Response Finance to help finance a used car, and overall, the experience was very positive. From the beginning, their team was responsive, polite, and made the application process straightforward. Communication was clear and timely, and I appreciated that they took the time to explain the terms of the agreement without using confusing jargon. Their approval process was surprisingly quick, and they seemed willing to work with a variety of credit situations, which makes them a solid option for those who may not have perfect credit scores. The interest rates were competitive given the circumstances, though it’s always good to compare with other providers if you qualify for better terms. One thing that stood out was the personal touch — I didn’t feel like just another number. Customer service reps followed up to ensure everything was in place and were easy to reach when I had questions. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that there could be more transparency on how they calculate interest over time — it’s worth double-checking the total repayment amount and making sure you’re fully informed before signing.
