I needed a replacement car urgently, but with a poor credit background thought I could not get credit for a car. First Response were excellent, within 24hrs had a payment plan set up which was well within my budget. Reviewed on: 26th July 2022

The process from start to finish on both occasions that I've used first response finance as been amazing.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the customer service was excellent, I've had no negative response from the company even when due to technical issues with my wages from employer they were great with the potential late payment. Straight forward process

Staff explained process of car finance in a matter that anyone could understand. I found process very straight forward and ever question I had was answered and explained well. Staff very friendly and professional. They did not bombard with with phone calls or emails and let me go at my pace. Would recommend as they were very helpful throughout the whole process.
