Helped when I needed it most

Like most the struggle of getting a new car was hard for me- I had run my previous car into the ground due to the mileage I use for work as a home care manager- First Response Finance accepted me on my income not my past credit history which was rather dire. Brilliant service

I was unsure if I’d be accepted with First Response finance. Once I was approved they explained everything to me perfectly clear. I spoke with multiple people from the company and each time I was amazed at how they dealt with my queries. I was always updated. I had an issue with the first motor company I looked at buying a car with and I let first response finance know that I was unhappy with the motor company’s dealings with me. First response finance ensured me that if I was not happy with the motor company, I could change to a different one. They dealt with the motor company on my behalf and informed them I would not be purchasing a car with them. I found an alternative motoring company and was extremely grateful for how they helped me make this happen. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2022
