Treated me like a human for once

The guys and girls and first response were very professional, polite, helpful and above all respectful. I was a paramedic but had to give up work due to a major motorbike crash which nearly took my life, but ruined my credit due to not being able to work. They got me the best rate they could and treat me like a human for once instead of other finance companies just looking at your numbers. I would honestly recommend anyone to try first response finance but that said only do it if your comfortable you can afford it, don't get higher in debt just to have a posh new car, kitchen, extension ect. Amazing, helpful and committed

First response were patient and efficient when dealing with my car finance after I suffered a car crash with my previous car. Customer service was impeccable and the waiting response time was super quick.
