What I love most about first response is how simple everything is. The payments are so easy to maintain, they don/ bombard me with marketing every month like other finance companies have and they don't make random phone calls to you. Since ive been with first response they have helped me at times when things have been difficult and they was easy to talk to. They understood and helped me. I have used First Response to purchase my last 3 cars the customer service is excellent and when my last car self destructed they moved heaven and earth to sort the issue out and get me another car.
