Excellent experience

I choosing first response finance after a good look around. I feel that they offered the most competitive rates for someone in my financial situation after covid hit my family hard. Even with a minor blip on my credit rating I still found there services to be very much affordable and after a quick consultation with one of the advisors I felt as I was being treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Having used first response finance several times over the last few years, I have found them extremely professional and understanding. They work hard to give you the best possible service with no pressure or rush to find a vehicle. All of the advisors I have spoken with have been lovely. They’re all very empathetic and clear on the advice they give. First Response were amazing, they are so helpful and caring. They didn't look at my poor credit rating which was caused by a sudden change in circumstances. First Response looked at my income, my outgoings and my recent history of making all my payments on time.
