Excellent Customer Satisfaction

Took out a car on finance with First Response, and the Garage we got it from sold it as seen, Their was a major oil leak and issues with the gear box. it was going to be an expensive job, First response offered me to return the car or have it fixed at their cost and bill the dealership, will definitely use First Response Finance again. First response finance are the best! Never had a problem with them, always provided me with finance and great customer service. I've just paid my finance off with them and when i did the lady who i spoke to made me feel so appreciative and thanked me for been a brilliant customer.
