I was a tough situation where I got a new job and couldn’t commute because it was far. I couldn’t afford a car so I had to go finance. As a uni student and Covid, it’s really hard to gain the correct credit score to be cleared for a car. First response provided me that option to get the car I actually wanted with a fair price. Just after 6 months of having my car it developed a problem. Long story short I had a lovely lady Jemma handling my case and couldn't fault her, she was very friendly and helpful and helped me kept me up to date with what was going on. Excellent service Jemma Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
