Super helpful and really friendly

I spoke to a woman on the phone about financing a car. Even though my credit was in a pretty bad place, she went through my credit file to understand it and get a feel for who I was as a person on the phone. I explained how I was getting my credit on track and she took that on board and did everything she could to get me a good deal. I ended up with a really affordable plan and have been with them for 2 years now with no problems at all. I would highly recommend first response finance. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Without first response finance I would of found it difficult to get to work as my car was dropping to bits I had just started a new job and it was barley getting me there although I had only been working a short time and my credit wasn’t the best they gave credit for a nearly new car and have been working for past 3years thanks first response keep up the good work. I was a little stressed at the idea of getting finance, along with not having some good credit. But First choice staff put me at ease, called me to ask me a few questions and within a few hours I was approved. Now I'm driving a great car at a price that's good for me each month. I have now taken out two loans for vehicles with First Response Finance, one for a motorbike and the latest for a car. On both occassions the team from First Response was friendly, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. I would diffinately recommend them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

First response rang me and my car finance was sorted within hours, they lady I spoke to was lovely she was understanding of my situation and that didn’t affect me getting the finance I needed for a car, I would definitely recommend this company to anyone I no, and definitely will use them again if needs be.
