Loan for car

As i had a not so good credit score i didn’t think I would get finance but need a car desperately for work Got in touch with First Response Finance on the Tuesday and had my new car on the Saturday First Response made everything so easy and clear to understand. Professional Consultative Approach

We needed a second car and also needed to build credit, a personal advisor mentioned taking out an affordable credit commitment to build my credit score. I decided to get a low cost car which would also be affordable upfront. After trying to apply for credit with many of the big names including dealers and brokers I was always hit with sales hungry inexperienced people, which in fairness were trying to earn a living rather than providing a solution. Then I was recommended by someone to speak to First Response, and everything changed. I spoke with Aona who was not driven by completing a sale, but was more keen to find out about my situation, goal and comfortability. She conducted a full credit check and advised on why, how and what to do etc. I felt like I was dealing with a professional, more importantly a company that is looking to help me. Further down the journey I thought this was only because I was lucky enough to deal with Aona, I reluctantly had to speak with someone from a different person when it came to finalising the deal. Again, dealt with by a helpful, informative individual who answered every question and handled by transaction with complete transparency and ease. Even the motor trader was pleased with the smooth, easy and transparent process carried out from start to finish. This company is worth the recognition for it's efforts and service provided to people who are looking for fair and transparent car finance with specialist needs. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Best finance company!!

I was struggling to get finance on a jeep I had my eye on and after searching I found first response finance and applied. After a phone call they sorted everything out for me and I had the car home with me the next day! Couldn’t fault them such a great company and the staff are so nice to talk to.
