Just after 6 months of having my car it developed a problem. Long story short I had a lovely lady Jemma handling my case and couldn't fault her, she was very friendly and helpful and helped me kept me up to date with what was going on. Excellent service Jemma Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

First response has been a great company to deal with. When I got my car all I had was issues with it from the dealership I got it from and they kept messing me around. First response took action as soon as I give them a call and they got it sorted with the dealers. After this I have not had one problem with my car. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
