I had secured finance with FRF for a car that ended up being faulty. The dealership refunded and FRF was great throughout that process! I had to secured my finance for my new vehicle by using them! From start to finish the process of applying, approval to payout was incredibly smooth and easy. Each step was explained and completed quickly. They were honest and transparent in all their communications and they made sure to safeguard the customer in the buying process in regards to purchasing from a third party car sales company. For my first car I’ve ever bought I had to finance, it was a Mondeo 2010. The quotation I did online was super fast and easy to understand, then as all the paper work was going through I had made a few mistakes, I was asked to call and their team guided me through every mistake I had made in a polite, respectful and professional manner, great customer care, I left the phone call feeling safe and happy! 10/10 Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
