After applying which was a very simple straight forward a quick process, I was accepted. All done in a very professional manner without issues. As well as this they are very affordable. Very happy with this and I've had no problems at all the last two years with them. Thank you 1st response finance, for helping me purchase the very much needed preferred vehicle. I've had loads of finance companies but this company is by far the best. I had a few issues with my car but they sorted it straight away. Every call was answered quickly, any call backs from them were made, every single time I spoke to them they were lovely. They would call me on any updates every time and they really do look after their customers. I've still to put in an email to say thank you for their help I've just not had any free time. I have been with first response twice now. The first time they were fantastic and were very supportive when I accidentally wrote my car off. Not only were they practical with my needs but having advisers who took the time to be empathetic and compassionate with my situation really helped too. Unfortunately I had started new employment and therefore couldn’t renew my finance but I later went back with them and again, they were incredible and the whole process was very easy and hassle free. They even offered me £100 towards my new vehicle. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service and processes with First Response Finance and would recommend them to everyone!
