Excellent customer care

Easy application and flexible date for direct debit made the process smooth. There was,however, a problem with the car on the first day after purchase and the team at First Response finance were there when I needed them. They withheld the payment to garage until car had been fully checked and fixed. Was so grateful for their intervention as it gave me the leverage I needed to get it sorted quickly. Going the extra mile

First Response finance from day one has gone over and above for me. Ensure the car was safe and road worthy, when there was a bit of concerns they dealt with it, their staff are always friendly and understanding. They go out their way to accommodate and have gone above and beyond to reach out to their customers during the pandemic to check they were okay and could afford payments. I've used First Response Finance for many years, and they have always been very helpful. Last year, I needed a new car as my old one had gone to car-heaven, I called tham up to find out my options, and they sorted the finance out and provided the websites of my local dealers within minutes. 2 days later, a new car was parked outside.
