FR were brilliant from the beginning. As someone who's struggled with credit in the past they managed to secure a reasonable finance agreement for myself with a 0 deposit and this was done within 48 hours of the application going through. Also their customer service is second to none, each time I've called its been answered within two minutes and the advisors are so understanding, professional and go out their way to help. I choose first response finance for my car finance because I read so many good reviews. I actually was surprised how supportive they were when considering me for car finance.
