I applied for car finance with First Response after speaking to other finance companies. First Response made the whole application process very simple and were very helpful and informative throughout. I choosing first response finance after a good look around. I feel that they offered the most competitive rates for someone in my financial situation after covid hit my family hard. Even with a minor blip on my credit rating I still found there services to be very much affordable and after a quick consultation with one of the advisors I felt as I was being treated with the upmost respect and courtesy. Having used first response finance several times over the last few years, I have found them extremely professional and understanding. They work hard to give you the best possible service with no pressure or rush to find a vehicle. All of the advisors I have spoken with have been lovely. They’re all very empathetic and clear on the advice they give.
