A company that takes the time to listen, without judgment.

I have dealt with around five car finance companies throughout the past month, each one saying they try their best to help, they listen and do not judge. I was left without callbacks, waiting around, once they realised my credit score and my history it was deadly silence. I was sent to First Response Finance through a car dealership, and I have to say from the second I applied to my finance being approved the process was seamless. I was phoned by Jordan, who really took the time to go through my history, to listen to why everything was the way it was, and not once did I feel judged. He really did try his best to understand and to find the best financial solution to get me a new car, not pushing me to go above what I could afford. I am super thankful, finally a company that not only lives up to their promises, but goes above and beyond them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

I really struggled to get car finance and couldn’t figure out why as I was earning good money but because of my age I hadn’t built up enough credit. In stepped First Response all they requested was a copies of my last 3 pay checks to ensure I could pay it! It was fast and simple. Highly recommend! Reviewed on: 13th August 2021
