I’ve used first response for all my car finance. Every time I have dealt with them it’s been a smooth process and if there was anything I was unsure of they would always explain to me in a very professional and friendly manner. Never ever had any issues and even through the pandemic they were amazing and allowed me a payment holiday till my financial situation was better. Never rushed me or hounded me of when it would change. They allowed me to relax about the situation and when I was able to start repayments fully they worked with me to get things back on track. An absolutely amazing company and well worthy winners in my eyes all day long. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

The first ever finance I had was with 1st response finance. I had issues with the vehicle and 1st response supported me all the way in having the vehicle checked, advised as mis sold and vehicle returned. I had trouble getting myself finance due to bad life choices in the past but now I was In a position to pay for a motorbike and I could not get any company to finance me until First Response Finance they actually talked to me, as long as I could prove I could afford it there didn't seem to be a problem, I was sceptical at first but then received a decision I was excepted, 3 bike later over the years as I've got my son and daughter 1 since and now looking into getting myself a newer model.
