The most decent Car Finance company I know of

First Response Finance is the most decent Finance company I have ever dealt with. I have had 3 cars financed through First Response. In the 5 years or so that I have been their Customer, I have had a couple of ups and downs, a redundancy and an employer stopping to pay wages and going into administration. Trough dialogue and keeping First Response informed, they waited for me to pull myself together, get a new job and then resume as usual. That capacity for dialogue and supporting their Customer is far better than the average Finance Lender behaviour (default, bust and recover forcibly), and must be commended as the best I have seen. It was thanks to First Response supportive approach that I was able to get myself sorted, catch-up with the payments and then resume as usual. I recommend and rate First Response highly for the reasons above. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Excellent fast service

Having bad credit I struggle to get car finance until the car dealer suggested first response finance. The service fast and efficient the customer service advisor talked me through the process and how much the repayment amount would be. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Absolutely amazing company

Friendly staff great customer service any problems they are always able to help Communication is brilliant The company as a whole help with quotes payments if theres a struggle a worry. Iv been with this finance company from the get go. So easy and very fast and sorting out the car you need and very easy reasonable payments. They respond quickly if you need them and very helpful I highly recommend them.
