First response provided a fast honest service, they took the time to get to know me, my history and my circumstances before making their decision. Ultimately they helped me buy a car that I love and save me in the region of £6k compared to a competitor. I'm a first time car buyer, I was wary of most finance companies but as soon as I applied with First Response I felt comfortable and at ease. The communication through the loan process is reassuring and professional giving the customer information at every step. The Apr rates are very fair. I'm overall extremely happy.
