I'm a first time car buyer, I was wary of most finance companies but as soon as I applied with First Response I felt comfortable and at ease. The communication through the loan process is reassuring and professional giving the customer information at every step. The Apr rates are very fair. I'm overall extremely happy. I have been a customer for around 9 years and currently financing my third car through this company, being a family of 7 it can be difficult to obtain a large road worthy vehicle for a reasonable price and first response has helped me multiple times.
