When my life changed I was left in a bit of a situation! First response finance were able to help me where others probably wouldn't have. They were also very friendly and the process was easy. I still have the vehicle, love it and am able to make the repayments, safe in the knowledge my credit score is improving again and I have the car I want! We have been with first response finance for a few years now and have recently taken on another car applying for a second finance was so fast we had everything sorted within a few hours the staff where amazingly efficient friendly and helpful. They where extremely understanding and helpful when we were struggling during covid and helped us the best way possible to keep our car. First response financed our car and we had nothing to do apart from a short telephone call from a lovely boy Andy whom made our transaction very easy and only had to supply of couple documents over mail . I was really not expecting it to be so easy at all as am easily put off ! Actually this is our 2nd finance agreement and both were the same .
