Twice Caroline has gotten me a fantastic deal . I have sub standard finance and she worked miracles to get me a deal . Kept me up to date with everything . After struggling to get a car due to bad credit history I applied with first response and was phoned back the same day the guy that spoke to me was very nice and none judgemental about my credit being bad in the past .. I have used this compamy now for 7 years, they are outstanding! I couldnt fault them one little bit. I have had multiple cars and happy with the service and process everytime!
