Easy, fast and friendly

Car finance can seem a little daunting as it can seem that there’s a lot of hassle to go through to get everything sorted before actually getting your car but with first response it was a doddle. The whole process was easy, fast and friendly and for that reason I’ve purchased 2 cars on finance with them. Reviewed on: 13th August 2021

Easy application and flexible date for direct debit made the process smooth. There was,however, a problem with the car on the first day after purchase and the team at First Response finance were there when I needed them. They withheld the payment to garage until car had been fully checked and fixed. Was so grateful for their intervention as it gave me the leverage I needed to get it sorted quickly.
