They are one of the most professional and caring finance companies that will always have you at the centre of what they do. Our car went wrong at 3 months. They helped us stand up for our rights and at 8 months they refunded us and compensated us. We now have a new car and are not stuck with a lemon! I have been a customer for around 7 years now, when i have wanted to replace my car its always been a simple process, the customer service has always been some of the best and honest I have experienced. They are always happy to answer any questions and getting a new car if new or renewing your finance is always straight forward and i dont have to sit in a dealer with all my financial information who is a stranger.
