Very simple, very friendly, very good price.

Very simple, very friendly, very good price. The app is very simple to use, I recall the setting up of the policy being very easy in comparison to other companies, and contact via email with customer services has always been pleasant and helpful. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Joke of an insurance company

Joke of an insurance company. I took out contents damage and unfortunately my mobile got damaged approx 3 weeks after taking out the policy. The completely ignored my claim at first and when chased refused the claim as it was within the first 30 days. WTF? I paid from day one yet the cover apparently doesn't start from day 1.
