Getsafe - a new way

The good thing about Getsafe is you have all your dealings in an easy to use app. You can keep track of payments, check your claims and contact customer service on there. And they are very reasonable. My only complaint was that there limit for individual valuable items was fairly low, causing me not to renew, but I was happy with my customer service dealings when trying to work that out. Joke of an insurance company

Joke of an insurance company. I took out contents damage and unfortunately my mobile got damaged approx 3 weeks after taking out the policy. The completely ignored my claim at first and when chased refused the claim as it was within the first 30 days. WTF? I paid from day one yet the cover apparently doesn't start from day 1.
