Due to unforseen circumstances I had to cancel a December Policy but took out a weeks insurance in July. A rebate accrued. Undirrunately you were unable to provide rebate without a lot of tooing and froing but eventually you got it right. Thank you. Other than that hiccup..an excellent service.
