Customer service

No real communication, people skills are awful. Was spoken to like a child. Did not listen to me at all. Only allowing to answer yes or no. Very disgruntled, I have always used this company , but after my last holiday will not be using their services again. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

First time I have applied for cruise insurance since being diagnosed with cancer. The telephone operator was really helpful taking time to answer my questions. I couldn't believe the price I was quoted as it was far cheaper than other quotes I had received. What I thought was going to be a daunting experience turned out far easier and a lot cheaper.
