Got cover before the pandemic for a Cruise for my wife and I booked for June 2020. Cruise cancelled so we rebooked for September, cancelled again 3 times. Good to go have been brilliant transferring our insurance, which covers our multiple medical problems, each time despite changes to itinerary and in my case changes to medical condition. Appropriate increases to the fee were explained but we can sit back confident that we are covered when we finally go away next May. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021

Fell ill in USA and Goodtogo paid all hospital bills without a quibble and organised my trip home accompanied by a nurse. They took a lot of the stress out of a very stressful situation I can’t thank them enough. Reviewed on: 30th September 2021

Brilliant Customer Service and excellent prices for someone with a lot of pre existing conditions

We booked a holiday a year ahead and took out cover and all documents were emailed to me and they posted a copy to me as per my request. During the time our holiday was changed three times due to Covid restrictions, once with a change of country and twice with change of dates. Each amendment was so easy to do because the Customer Service Assistants are so good. Each one made the process stress free and then issued new documents. This is the second year that we have used this company. They insured our holiday in September 2020 also which, due to Covid there were changes of destination and dates. I strongly recommend them.
