Used this company for the first time this year. They are excellent in every way and when I had to claim for my second holiday with them there was no argument and everything was settled within 2 weeks. Excellent product, competent staff and good value for money

I needed a travel insurance with specific coverage as I had a major lung surgery. My situation is not on the list on the online health issues. I have called 3 other companies and goodtogo insurance got back to me quickly as they have promised like the other 3 companies. That is after talking to their medical team. 2 companies got back to me but one was way too expensive and the other one called back on the day of my flight. And the other one did not bother to call me back at all. The staff of goodtogo insurance was so patient and friendly. She listened to me about what is my health situation and made sure to write down what I have told her in order to inform their medical team and to offer me the right coverage that I need. My flight is only 2 days away when I called all 4 travel insurance companies and goodtogo has dealt with my need very quickly and properly. And above all, the cost is reasonable based on my medical need including repatriation. I am really happy and impressed with goodtogo. Their customer service is excellent. It was due to Martin’s Money that we decided to use this company which they had recommended. I found it easy to fill all the forms in and especially for medical conditions for the elderly which we are. I think we will definitely use them again although we haven’t had this holiday yet.
