Changing the policies

I’ve used Good to Go several times in the past and always found them to be competitively priced - especially for those with pre-existing medical conditions - and helpful with queries. But this year they excelled. I had two policies, one for Borneo and one for Africa. The nature of these trips always means that change is possible, even probable. Sure enough Borneo was cancelled and Africa extended. It took LESS THAN 10 minutes to change the policies by phone with minimal cost. Customer service was excellent; all questions answered rapidly and satisfactorily. Similar experience in the days before I used GGIS was painful, expensive and prolonged. awfull company

they will sell easily but when you need them they don't answer the emergency line , I couldn't get help for my son in his emergency, they didn't tell me about laws in Dominican republic and once home im told by them they don't deal with the countrys particular insurance companys, im still waiting after 4 weeks for them to get to me about my complaint its suppose to be especially for people with long time serious medical issues but clearly they are no good wat so ever, using this company is wasting your money, just causes upset and stress you end up having to help yourself, its lucky my sons case wasn't life or death or hed be dead due to there incompidence Reviewed on: 9th August 2018

We used Goodto goinsurance for the first time because of their claim to insure folk with arrythmia. The process was incredibly easy. We spoke to a young lady who was so very courteous, informative and re-assuring. The anxiety I had about getting affordable insurance was very quickly and kindly dispelled. We would most certainly recommend Goodtogoinsurance and will use it each time we need to travel . But please, dont ask us to say Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious backwards!! I took out Travel Insurance with Goodtogo ,went for Three months to the Phillipines .Enjoyed the holiday much more by knowing I had the experience and expertise of Goodtogoinsurance backing me up, Thank you ,I will be using you again .I am an 83 years old man with a couple of health issues but no need to worry with Goodtogo ,so if you go on holiday use this company ,and gogogo.
