Great customer service, polite and friendly. Help me with my complex medical needs and made sure I was happy with level of cover required to enjoy time away. This made a huge difference as peace of mind about going abroad for someone in a wheelchair with various medical needs is such a relief to be able to enjoy our holiday knowing we are covered. I brought a yearly travel insurance policy in december 2018 ,as i go on multiple trips , an up-coming trip was for 36 days , my cover didnt exceed more than 31 days , telephoned and got the extra cover for a very reasonable amount compared to other insurers , and the customer service was very good , would very much recommend . An amazing find!

It's getting increasingly difficult to find a travel insurance company for older travellers who don't just want a two week package trip. We go away for weeks at a time, because we can. And we have the usual health issues which come with ageing. Thank goodness for Goodtogoinsurance. Always responsive, reasonable and informative. Reviewed on: 9th July 2019
